These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and services provided by Lame Lion Shines Bright LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including Word Funnel and Moon – Domino Game (the "Apps"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Apps

Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players.
Purchases
The Apps may offer optional in-app purchases and virtual items, sold and processed by Apple or Google. Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable store's policies. Refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google.
Intellectual property
The Apps, including their design, artwork, and content, are owned by Lame Lion Shines Bright LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. All other trademarks — including Apple, the App Store, Google Play, and their logos — belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Game rules, features, and content may change or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lame Lion Shines Bright LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
