How do I report a bug or problem?
Email lamelionshinesbright@gmail.com with the app name (Word Funnel or Moon), your device and OS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Which devices are supported?
Both apps run on iPhone and iPad (via the App Store), on Android phones and tablets (via Google Play), and right in your browser. We aim to support recent OS versions.
Can I play in a web browser?
Yes! No download required. Play Word Funnel (or Word Funnel Junior for kids) and Moon – Domino Game directly on the web.
How do purchases and restores work?
In-app purchases are handled securely by Apple and Google. To restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app's store screen. For billing issues, contact Apple or Google support, and reach out to us if anything looks wrong on our end.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
Is Word Funnel safe for kids?
Word Funnel includes a Junior mode designed for younger players. We keep the experience friendly and appropriate. Parents with questions are always welcome to email us.
